All things Gen3

So today we opened finally our Globe Gen 3 store. In case you're wondering what a gen3 store is :   http://www.globe.com.ph/go/welcome-to-gen-3 (to the uninitiated) a store designed by the esteemed designer Tim Kobe. After so many months of endless trainings, sleepless nights we see the fruition: some colleagues are having PTSD ( not exaggerating)  some got strains in their relationships (l was always saying: Nasira  Ang relasyon in Tagalog - little exaggerated). The behavioral training was the bomb. The competition  ( the other major telecom in the country has been vocal about admission of their losses) and this is because of the Behavioral training curriculum given to gen3 staff along with the coolest store. Now looking forward to our international certificate from Japan. The downside would be everyday we are exposed to a lot of standing my feet aches everyday, I don't know how much of this I can take. ( another year maybe and I'm ready to leave for Eu)  I also ordered yeezy shoes to make my work fun and comfortable... Adapt or die!
